因為在我週遭的朋友有一些台灣的特殊車種,常常會互相比來比去,我又不敢買太特殊的車種(治安太差),但是又不甘平凡,所以才會想再美國買一部在台灣能見度不低可是內容卻很super的車。這樣一來面子禮子都能兼顧了。朋友說強者的車不能沒力,更何況我不是強者所以車要更強才能平衡。如果大家有什麼更經濟的意見可以提供給我我會很感謝您!!!!

我在美國親氣有一部大紅色SLK230小改BRABUS大包,因為想換車所以讓給我。所以我想要問在台灣和在國外的價差,好讓我心裡有個譜,至於預算方面,我學生家長要支助我,所以我沒有考慮到太多,只希望錢能花在刀口上。(別人花錢總不能太過分吧!)

7777您真幽默呵~但說得是對了您那E430改機械增壓的引擎可否拍張照片來看看!還有你有改大包嗎?外觀也拍來瞧瞧吧!宏仔建議你不用改了SLK230,0~100只7.3秒在臺灣夠跑了,不然BENZ御用改裝廠AMG,今年推出的SLK32的引擎加外包也可考慮!贊....炮打BMW:M3...^_^

因為連吳宗憲的CL600都是大改BRABUS7.3。
我一直相信名人的座駕覺對不會差到哪裡,由其是對車有特別喜好的(大牌藝人)

我最欣賞BRABUS的斜尾管真的粉漂亮排氣聲浪又低沈.AMG排氣聲也是很低沈不過尾管好小喔.很難看......

我個人是覺得如果開賓士要改,就改BRABUS系列的。因為賓士本身就屬紳士車,改起來才能特別突顯出你與別人的不同。而且我覺得BRABUS因該是改裝賓士車的頂級之選,因為不管任何一等級的引擎,據我所知好像該品牌都能小贏其他品牌。它的斜尾管尤其是膾炙人口,人見人愛。

The Ultimate Expression of the Mercedes SLK
The 450 bhp BRABUS SLK V8
BRABUS, masters of the art of engine transplants, are proud to presents the ultimate high performance expression of the stylish Mercedes-Benz SLK roadster. 450 bhp from 6.5 litre V8 turns this compact roadster from an agile lightweight fighter into a heavyweight bruiser that can outpunch big league supercars with consummate ease.
The first such BRABUS Q-car was born in 1985, when Germany's most innovative Mercedes tuner transplanted a 250 bhp 5.0 litre V8 engine into the Mercedes-Benz 190E. Humble compact Mercedes sedan became roadburning Q-car in a Jekyll and Hyde transformation described by an internationally respected motoring writer as "a four-seater AC Cobra."
Last year, BRABUS produced a spiritual successor to this car, but on a higher plane. Built to order only, the BRABUS E V12 starts life as a humble E-Class midrange sedan but gains the ultimate power transfusion from the BRABUS "S"-spec 7.3 litre V12. A whopping 582 bhp propelled the first E V12 into the Guinness Book of Records as the Fastest Four-Door Sedan on the planet with an electronically limited (!) 330 km/h top speed. Hot on its heels was the BRABUS T V12, the 320 km/h station wagon version.
While mulling over the basic concept of the SLK V8, BRABUS' engineers found that the SLK's engine compartment was dimensionally capable of housing the compact alloy V8 motor without significant modifications. The standard V8 motor from the E 420 comes with 279 bhp, nearly 100 bhp more than the SLK 230 quite spectacular performance.
But BRABUS have never been known to do things in half measures, and decided to go for broke with their top-spec 450 bhp 6.5 litre motor. Stripped back to component form, the factory 4196 cc V8 receives a new alloy block, long- throw steel crankshaft, lightweight forged pistons and matching con-rods. The engine is as finely balanced as a Swiss watch and re-assembled. Gas-flow work is done on the cylinder head with high-lift camshafts and then, the revitalised motor pumps out 450 bhp/331 kW at 5.700 rpm under-pinned by a spectacular 662 Nm/488.6 lb ft of torque at 3.800 rpm.
Faced with this level of power and torque, the standard five-speed automatic transmission had to be modified too. A bespoke propellor shaft takes the power to the high performance rear differential. Launched in anger, the 1,522 kg BRABUS SLK V8 will blast to 100 km/h in just 4,7 sec. and reaches double that speed from rest over a distance of just 548 meters!
BRABUS has always offered its clients alternative final drive ratios which aid either top speed or acceleration. The ratio that allows these acceleration numbers gives a 285 km/h (178 mph) top speed. The alternative is a taller ratio allowing a 302 km/h (189 mph) top speed.
Roadsters are driven for sheer fun more than anything, and a significant part of that experience is the soundtrack. The V8 rumble of the AC Cobra says "muscle car" in no uncertain terms, and so it is with the BRABUS SLK V8. The bespoke stainless steel high performance exhaust with its free-flowing metal catalysts emphasises the deep rumble of the four-valves-per-cylinder V8 at low rpm. At high revs, it turns into a powerful bellow which will gladden the hearts of car enthusiasts.
The supercar league performance of the SLK V8 is matched with a similar level of chassis tuning. The brakes are uprated with BRABUS high performance brakes using huge grooved vented discs and four-pot alloy calipers. The weight distribution and total weight of the BRABUS SLK V8 is totally different from the standard car so the 30 mm lower ride height is achieved with special gas dampers and uprated progressive springs developed specially for this car. Body roll is controlled by a bespoke anti- roll bar kit.
Visually, the first indication of the car's BRABUS origins come from the distinctive BRABUS Monoblock IV modular alloy wheels, 8,5Jx18-inch in front and 9,5Jx18-inch at the rear, these use the latest Dunlop SP 9000 tyres in 225/40 ZR 18 and 255/35 ZR 18 sizes. This combination is optimum for ride and handling as well as visually filling the wheelarches to perfection.
BRABUS major on body aerodynamic components that improve drag coefficient and stability while retaining a discreet look. The BRABUS front spoiler integrates perfectly with the SLK's nose to reduce lift at speed and gives the car more overtaking presence on the autobahn. This works perfectly for the more modest power increases such as the BRABUS 250 bhp conversion for the SLK 230 Kompressor. But the SLK V8 has an additional 200 bhp and so a race car style carbon-kevlar spoiler lip has been developed to give additional downforce.
The rear valence is deeper than standard and incorporates both a small wing on its trailing edge to clean up airflow as well as a cut-out for the two large, sloping exhaust tailpipes that are a BRABUS hallmark. The subtle side skirts visually tie the new front spoiler and rear valence together forming a harmonious composition.
Fine details have always been a BRABUS strong point and when the clever powered roof is folded away, you can appreciate the two highly-polished stainless-steel roll-over bars which emphasise the classic roadster look. This material also forms the new gear-lever, handbrake and other fine details around the cabin like the door entry plates.
Clients who love special interiors will fall in love with the backdrop to this fine detailing formed by standard bespoke full- leather trim in BRABUS Mastik leather. The special honeycombed pattern on the floor is a also BRABUS trademark.
The hand-built BRABUS SLK V8 is the ultimate expression of the compact SLK roadster, and its price of DM 343.548 including 16% German VAT reflects that uniqueness.
