資深體育主播龔懷主（Robin）看不慣國道計程收費、eTag系統頻出包，日前他以賽車術語「前導車」號召車迷，用合法的最低速限，行駛在國道外側車道癱瘓國道。他昨晚表示，路權正在申請當中，暫訂周六或周日進行，至少要有數萬人出來。
Robin播報賽車運動近20年，在社群及賽車愛車圈內影響力大，Facebook有5萬餘粉絲，平時除了提供賽事資訊外，也和粉絲分享個人行程與時事評論，近期不斷針對eTag問題批評政府與遠通集團。
Robin以賽車術語前導車號召車迷，前導車在國際賽車場正式名稱為「安全車」，若比賽途中發生重大事故，需要花時間清除路面碎片、油汙，安全車就會出動限制比賽速度，所有車手不得超越安全車，也不能互相超車。前導車除了象徵帶頭上路，也有癱瘓國道低速行駛的意涵。
Robin表示，電子收費本身沒有錯，政府機關所託非人，這次上路是維權活動，維護民眾正常使用國道的權益，讓政府知道老百姓不會放過你們。

Sahara Force India unveils the VJM06 at Silverstone
Sahara Force India unveiled its 2013 challenger on Friday as Paul Di Resta pulled the covers off the VJM06 at Silverstone circuit.
The VJM06 is the third car to be overseen by Technical Director, Andrew Green, and builds on the strengths of the 2012 car. With stable technical rules the car is more evolution than revolution with the removal of the 'step' nose being the most obvious visual change.
"The VJM06 doesn't look massively different to its predecessor, but beneath the skin we've looked at every detail to try and find more performance," says Team Principal, Dr Vijay Mallya. "I've followed the development of the car closely and I'm proud of what we have achieved. The objective now is to make sure we build on the promise of last year and have a strong start to the season."
Summing up the approach to the design of the VJM06, Andrew Green said: "It's a brand new car from the ground-up – everything is new. We discussed carrying over big chunks of last year's car, including the chassis, but decided not to. There were still some gains to be had with the chassis, so we elected to take the performance benefits. The biggest change that everybody is going to notice this year is the fairing on top of the nose to hide the 'step'. It's neutral as far as the car's performance is concerned but tidies up the flow over the top of the chassis."
Chief Operating Officer, Otmar Szafnauer, praised the team's efforts over the winter to develop the VJM06: "We're very optimistic. We've been working hard over the winter, trying to make improvements where we know we can find performance. Everything has come together very nicely. We've also focussed on operational strength by bolstering our simulator programme and increasing our CFD capacity with new hardware."
Paul Di Resta, half of the team's 2013 line-up, was delighted to see his new car: "Seeing the car built and complete for the first time is a special feeling. I've followed its progress in the tunnel and it looks very impressive - aggressive and fast. Now I'm just eager to get out there and see where we stand compared to our competitors. After the winter I feel refreshed and keen to get back to business."
The Sahara Force India cars will be powered by Mercedes engines with the gearbox supplied by McLaren Applied Technologies for a fifth season. This will be the third season with the Mercedes KERS.

副總統蕭萬長國旗一揮，眾家車手加足馬力，一溜煙就不見蹤影。這裡就是全台灣第一座，獲得國際汽車協會認證的大鵬灣賽車場，雖然尚未正式啟用，不過搶先露面就吸引不少專業車手前來小試身手。
這座認證2級的賽車場，全長3527公尺，不但是台灣第一座，同時也是亞洲第八座，除了F1一級方程式之外，其他大小比賽這裡通通能承辦，專業車手們也都對這座賽車場讚譽有加。
繼日本、韓國、中國以及馬來西亞之後，台灣成為第五個擁有國際二級賽車場的國家，曾在亞洲方程式錦標賽拿下冠軍的車手林帛亨，最大的夢想就是能在自己的家鄉出賽，這次他終於能實現夢想。
大鵬灣國際賽車場，讓台灣的賽車產業燃起新希望，而週邊複合式的休閒娛樂也陸續完工。這一架架輕航機，不只是裝飾品，來這裡還可以體驗飛行夢想，此外水上主題樂園、遊艇港、高爾夫球場，總面積一共264公頃，來這裡愛怎麼玩、就怎麼玩。

墾丁賽車場業者轉移陣地繼續違法經營，看上就是旺季一個月60萬的商機，台灣的賽車真的有那麼大的市場跟吸引力嗎？屏東地區過去就有合法賽車場，經營不到3年，因為水災破壞已經關閉，儘管如此，觀光局BOT的業者，還是挑中大鵬灣風景區，大手筆斥資將近2億元，要蓋全台灣第一個國際賽車場，目前已經動工，業者評估，鄰近的新加坡以舉辦F1賽車比賽作為觀光收入，一週就能吸引超過10萬名遊客，上海的賽車場一週也有4萬遊客，就是這樣的商機，讓業者心動，說什麼也要砸錢做生意。
頂級跑車在台灣街頭趴趴走，甚至成為倒垃圾的交通工具，也因此在電影中才看得到的跑車高速衝刺畫面，比過去更常出現在真實生活中。今年9月的這場街頭賽車，臨時圍起來的跑道、簡單的護欄，吸引近百位的車手尬車，場外參觀的民眾更是爆滿，但是因為缺乏合法場地，有民眾被撞傷。南台灣昔日唯一的合法賽車場地是這個位在高屏橋下的賽車場，當初因為擁有的是臨時執照，加上水災過後，場地泥濘，被迫吹起熄燈號，儘管如此，還是有業者對賽車場充滿希望。大鵬灣賽事部專員姚玉宏：「我們預定在明年6月，要整個賽車場施工完成。」觀光局管理的大鵬灣風景區，要蓋2座賽車場，預計明年6月完工，包括二級賽車場地以及小型的卡丁車場，籌備了4年，16公頃的面積，斥資2億元，業者評估鄰近的新加坡、上海，把賽車事業經營成觀光重點，光是一個禮拜，就能吸引10萬到4萬不等的遊客，而南台灣這個興建中國際賽車場，等級不同，但也希望可以一年帶來20萬人。姚玉宏：「要邀請國際的各種賽車，像是SUPER GT或者亞洲方程式，來我們台灣參加比賽。」小型賽車或者國際賽車市場，業者都抱高度樂觀態度，這項油門踩到底、暢快飆車甩尾的極速運動，能不能合法在台灣順利發展？讓不少玩家引頸期待。

2008年可算是F1史上最具話題性的一年，冠軍車手Lewis Hamilton不僅是有史以來最年輕冠軍，更是F1史上第一位黑人冠軍車手，而Lewis Hamilton能在賽場上無往不利，全靠McLaren精心調校的賽車MP4-23。
為了讓F1車迷能和曾以23歲世界冠軍Lewis Hamilton有進一步接觸，DeACOSTINI於10月5日將在日本推出「週刊McLaren MP4-23」，每期附上1/8 MP4-23的零件，集滿後就可組成一輛1/8的MP4-23賽車。由於是1/8比例，從引擎、外觀、懸吊、座艙等都忠實呈現，甚至有些部分還採用碳纖維，就連塗裝也和實車完全相同。

2008年可算是F1史上最具話題性的一年，冠軍車手Lewis Hamilton不僅是有史以來最年輕冠軍，更是F1史上第一位黑人冠軍車手，而Lewis Hamilton能在賽場上無往不利，全靠McLaren精心調校的賽車MP4-23。
為了讓F1車迷能和曾以23歲世界冠軍Lewis Hamilton有進一步接觸，DeACOSTINI於10月5日將在日本推出「週刊McLaren MP4-23」，每期附上1/8 MP4-23的零件，集滿後就可組成一輛1/8的MP4-23賽車。由於是1/8比例，從引擎、外觀、懸吊、座艙等都忠實呈現，甚至有些部分還採用碳纖維，就連塗裝也和實車完全相同。

Lewis Hamitlon在歐洲站以第二名完賽後，繼續在車手積分榜中領先，他的隊友Jenson Button本站獲得季軍，積分排名在第3位。在車隊積分方面，McLAREN現在也以248分領先，歐洲站冠軍得主Sebastian Vettel效力的Red Bull落後30分排名第2位。
Lewis Hamitlon歐洲站的亞軍與超越Safety Car事件分不開，FERRARI車隊Fernando Alonso對此事相當不滿。Lewis Hamilton解釋說，他當時並不知道Safety Car到底是什麼情況，因此超越並非蓄意。儘管Lewis Hamitlon因為這次違規超車最終被罰，但這讓他徹底的避開了後面的車流，為贏得亞軍奠定了基礎。
「我並不太清楚。」Lewis Hamitlon針對違規超越Safety Car的事件說到：「當我經過1號彎時，我看到了安全車線。我看到Safety Car就在我的右邊，我認為我當時已經超過了它，所以就繼續前行，情況就是這樣。」

日前Vodafone McLAREN F1發表了最新的車隊宣傳廣告，長達2分40秒，劇中請來了兩位當家冠軍車手Lewis Hamilton與Jenson Button擔任主角，不過不是戴上安全帽坐在駕駛艙內，而是要帶領一票工程團隊組裝一台McLAREN F1賽車，在輕鬆詼諧的劇情中，觀眾與車迷應該會認為還好兩位明星是車手，而不是McLAREN的工程人員。
要組裝一輛MP4-25賽車可不容易，現場兩個年薪最高的一下忘記順序、一下找不到零件，還有看不懂東西裝哪的情況百出，當然這都是廣告效果，因為 Lewis Hamilton必須拿出手機贊助商的產品來打電話求救，而廣告的標語在這時候也出現〝Jenson and Lewis depend on their team, their team depends on our network.〞（Jenson與Lewis依賴他們的團隊，而他們的團隊依賴我們的通訊網絡。）
Lewis Hamilton曾表示過MP4-25可能是他駕駛過的最好開的賽車，他非常享受駕駛MP4-25的過程；像MP4-25這樣穩定的賽車，感覺賽車不僅能夠找到完美的平衡，並將其推至極限。不管是滿載油還有油箱見底都是反應都非常好；有興趣觀賞此影片的請上https://www.youtube.com /watch?v=4zf40OzfwOo&feature=player_embedded。
